Relief Valve Leaks on water heater

We have a raritan Marine water heater 1700 relief valve continually drips and runs . I have replaced the relief valve ,thermostat ,water pump , the relief valve still leaks what can I do?

Generally replacing a new relief valve will fix the leak. If it is new try flipping the lever to let some water out and see if it closes again without a leak. If not try a new relief valve, that should fix it. The manufacturer's documentation says to replace these yearly.
