bronze half round for rub rail

2 posts in this topic

I am adding a rub rail to my 1973 Pearson 36-1. I have the teak and now I am searching for 70 feet of 1/2-3/4" bronze half round or half oval to protect the teak rub rail.

My order is too small to get responses from any manufacturers and I can't find any retail suppliers.

Any suggestions. No I don't care to use brass or stainless steel.

Thanks,

George DuBose

George,

We don't carry half oval in silicon bronze, only brass and stainless.  I don't think you will be able to find it in silicone bronze anywhere.  Most people use Brass.
